Booking policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.

Sessions can be rescheduled up to two times with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Any non-refundable studio rental fee is taken from your deposit when you reschedule.

If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, cancel, or need a third reschedule, you lose your deposit, and a new deposit is needed to rebook.

The remaining balance is invoiced when your gallery is ready, and the gallery is delivered once it’s paid.

The Brand Evolution Retainer has a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, it continues month to month.

Afterpay is available for instalment payments.
